Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into pieces, the onion in half rings, grate the carrots on a fine grater. Take a cauldron or cast iron pan, put it on the fire and pour in vegetable oil. Heat the oil very high and then put the meat in it. Fry the meat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the onion, stir, fry for 5 minutes with the meat and add the carrots. Season with salt and pepper, stir and continue to fry, stirring occasionally to avoid burning.

Dissolve tomato paste in a glass of water, you can add a quarter spoon of granulated sugar to the mixture. Pour the tomato into a saucepan, stir, cover, simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Coarsely cut the potatoes into about 6 pieces. Put it in a saucepan, mix with the meat, add hot boiled water so that it does not cover the contents a little, add salt if necessary. Close the lid, simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
If the potatoes become soft, remove the pan, let them stand with the lid closed, and place them on plates, sprinkling with chopped herbs.
