Fried eggs with potatoes
Cut the boiled potatoes into slices, fry lightly in oil (vegetable or butter), sprinkle with herbs, pour beaten eggs, fry again.
Step 2
Potato salad with herring
Cut potatoes into slices, cut salted herring or mackerel into slices, free from bones. Combine the ingredients by adding onion and vegetable oil.

Potato salad with pickled cucumber
Cut potatoes and pickles into slices, chop the onion, finely chop the boiled eggs. Combine the ingredients with sour cream or mayonnaise (or any salad dressing).
Step 4
Baked potatoes with cheese
Cut the potatoes into slices, place in a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with dill and parsley. Pour with sour cream, salt, bake for 10 minutes. Cover the dish with grated cheese, continue to bake until golden brown.

Potato pancakes
Pass the potatoes through a meat grinder (calculation for 1 kg), add 0.5 cups of milk, add 3 raw eggs, add 2 tbsp. flour. Add cottage cheese, feta cheese or grated cheese if desired. Stir the potato mass, form cakes, fry.
When baking potato tortillas, you can put the filling in the form of mushrooms, fried onions or slices of ham and cheese inside.

Potato casserole with minced meat (fish)
Fry the onion in oil, cut the potatoes into slices, put in a heat-resistant dish in one layer, put a layer of minced meat on the potatoes. Then put a layer of fried onions on top of the minced meat, put another layer of potatoes on top. Instead of minced meat, mushrooms, vegetables (peppers, cabbage, tomatoes) fried in vegetable oil can be added to a potato casserole. Stir the clove of garlic, herbs, 2 cups of milk, egg, salt, pepper to taste with a blender, pour over the layers with the beaten mass, bake until golden brown.
