300 grams of broccoli, 2 tomatoes, 1 carrot, 1/2 onion, 1 clove of garlic, vegetable oil, salt. 1 bell pepper, 3 tablespoons of sour cream

Step 1
Rinse and divide the broccoli into florets. Pour some vegetable oil into a skillet and add broccoli. Season with salt and fry on all sides.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Cut the bell pepper into thin half rings, carrots into rings. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Add carrots to broccoli and add some water. Cover the pan with a lid. Salt onions and garlic separately in vegetable oil.
Step 4
When the carrots are tender, add the tomatoes and the sautéed onions and garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Put sour cream in a frying pan, stir and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Garnish with herbs when serving.
