Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and rub the chicken on all sides with this mixture. Place it in a roasting sleeve and leave to marinate for 40-50 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and put a baking sheet with chicken there. Bake for 45-50 minutes, then open the sleeve and leave the chicken to brown for another 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with hot tomato sauce, fresh vegetables and herbs.
Step 2
Chicken in red wine Wash the chicken thoroughly, dry it, cut into small pieces and fry in butter until half cooked. Then add tomato paste, chopped onion, pepper, salt, cilantro and red wine in half rings. Stir, cover and simmer over low heat until tender.
Step 3
Chicken in wine with nuts Chop the chicken into medium pieces. Wash and dry. Season each piece with salt, pepper and fry until golden brown. Transfer to a cauldron. Add pre-sautéed onions, then vinegar, tomato paste, water, chopped nuts, pepper, salt and wine. Stir, cover and simmer over low heat until tender.

Chicken in beer Wash the chicken thoroughly in cold water, dry, chop into portions, pepper, salt to taste and place in a deep cup. Thoroughly mix the beer with the tomato paste and pour the chicken over with this solution. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes to make the meat more juicy and tender. Then put on a baking dish, cover with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
