Fragrant and bright red bread with paprika, which gives the baked goods a spicy taste and rich color. Such delicious bread can be baked for any special occasion. Regular sandwiches will taste better with it, and canapes will be much more festive.

- - 650 g of red sweet pepper (paprika);
- - 650 g of wheat flour;
- - 40 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 10 g dry yeast;
- - 2 teaspoons of ground paprika;

Step 1
Peel juicy bright pepper from seeds, cut into random pieces. Add 200-250 ml of water to the pepper, place on the stove and simmer until soft. You can use your microwave to speed up this process. Use a blender to puree the peppers and let them cool until warm.
Step 2
Sift flour into a wide bowl, add salt, paprika, yeast. Add chopped pepper to flour, send vegetable oil there. Knead a not very tough dough from these ingredients. Knead thoroughly until the dough is elastic and smooth.
Step 3
Remove the dough in a warm place for 1 hour to rise. During this time, the dough will almost double in volume. Then knead the risen dough a little and proceed to shaping the future bread.
Step 4
Coat a baking sheet with oil. Form an oblong loaf from the dough, place it on a prepared baking sheet. Let sit in a warm place for 20 minutes. For now, set the oven to preheat to the 220 degree mark.
Step 5
Place the baking sheet with the dough in the oven, bake the red paprika bread for about 35 minutes until tender. Check the doneness with a wooden stick, as the bread may cook faster or later. Cool the finished bread without removing it from the mold.
