It is necessary
- - beef 600 g;
- - Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - hot chili pepper 2 pcs.;
- - celery root 200 g;
- - wheat flour 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - canned red beans 400 g;
- - meat broth 2 l;
- - vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beef with cold water, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into 2 * 2 cm cubes. Fry the meat in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Rinse and peel the bell peppers, onions and celery. Cut vegetables into thin strips or small cubes.
Step 3
In another pan, fry the onions in vegetable oil until translucent, about 6 minutes. Add celery, bell pepper, and chili to the skillet. Cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes. Add meat and flour to the vegetables and fry the mixture for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the frying to a saucepan and pour in the broth, salt, and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours. The meat should be soft. Drain the liquid from the beans, then add the beans to the soup and boil for another 10 minutes.
