  • - 700 g minced lamb

  • - 2 cloves of garlic
  • - dried herbs and spices (coriander, basil, pepper, salt)

  • - vegetable oil

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the minced meat, for which grind the lamb and onion in a meat grinder, finely chop the garlic, cut the fat tail fat into small pieces and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Add spices, lightly drizzle with vegetable oil and stir the minced meat again. Place the minced meat in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. Blind the minced meat into an oblong shape, for which smooth a little minced meat in the palm of your hand and form an oval cake, take a skewer and press the minced meat tightly to the skewer.

Place the lula on a baking sheet lined with foil, brush each cutlet with vegetable oil and place in a very preheated oven. Cook for about half an hour, occasionally flipping the skewers. Garnish ready-made kebabs with pickled onions and herbs.
