It is necessary

  • -200 g pork
  • -200 g of beef
  • -1 large onion
  • -1 bunch of cilantro
  • -1 bell pepper
  • -1 cucumber
  • -0.5 lemons
  • -2 tbsp. l. barberry
  • -3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • -3 pinches of basil
  • - ground red pepper
  • -black pepper
  • -marjoram
  • -salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat in water, dry it on a paper towel, then pass it through a meat grinder along with bell pepper or finely chop if you like in pieces. Salt and pepper the pieces, add all the spices that are indicated in the list of products, mix everything well. Mince the minced meat again through a meat grinder or beat off the chopped pieces.

Step 2

Peel the onion, rinse, dry and chop very finely or chop with a blender. Add the onion together with the barberry to the minced meat, stir. Place the meat in the refrigerator overnight to marinate.

Step 3

In the morning, remove the meat, form cutlets out of it and string one at a time on the skewers. Try to press the minced meat to the skewers as tightly as possible so that the kebab does not fall apart and does not lose its shape.

Step 4

Heat the coals well so that there is a good heat. Fry the kebab over the fire for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Make sure the meat is cooked from all sides.

Step 5

Remove the cutlets from the skewers, place on a plate, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
