It is necessary

  • egg - 1 pc;
  • mixed mince (less pork than beef) - 500 g;
  • tomato puree - 4 tablespoons;
  • flour - 0.5 cups;
  • seasoning for minced meat - 2 tablespoons;
  • milk;
  • loaf or bread crumb - 2 slices;
  • parsley or dill greens - 1 tablespoon;
  • vegetable oil;
  • onions - 1 pc;
  • ground black pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Soak the bread crumb in warm milk and wait until it softens completely. Then take out and squeeze well. Add onion chopped in a blender, beaten egg, bread, chopped herbs to the minced meat. Mix everything well.

Step 2

Roll small balls from the resulting mass. Dip each in flour on all sides. Preheat a skillet, add oil and place the meatballs. Fry them without a lid, sometimes turning them over. It is necessary that they are completely covered with a crust.

Step 3

Place the prepared meatballs in a deep platter. Simmer the tomato in a roasting pan for 3 minutes over low heat in oil. Next, pour 2 cups of broth or boiling water, mix thoroughly and simmer for a few more minutes. The gravy should be smooth. Season with pepper and salt.

Step 4

Dip the meatballs into the resulting gravy, add the bay leaf, bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer in the gravy over low heat until cooked through. After that, you can serve the dish to the table.
