Meatballs in sour cream sauce is a very tasty and juicy dish. Meatballs can be served as a main course for a dinner party or a festive table. This is not a spicy and creamy dish that can be given even to small children, they will definitely like it.

- 500 gr. ground beef
- 3 medium onions
- 200 gr. rice
- 100 g champignons
- 0.5 cups milk
- 1 glass of broth
- 1 glass of water
- 250 g sour cream
- 3 tablespoons flour

Instructions
Step 1
Mix pork and ground beef.
Step 2
Scroll 2 onions through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Boil rice until half cooked.
Step 4
Mix the minced meat, rice, onion, add milk, salt, pepper.

Knead the minced meat and roll the meatballs, about 4 cm in diameter.

Chop the remaining onion.

Cut the champignons into slices.

Saute onion and mushrooms in a saucepan.

Put meatballs in a saucepan, pour broth, close the lid and simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes.

Add flour to sour cream and mix so that there are no lumps.

Add salt, pepper and gradually add water, stirring constantly.

Pour the sour cream sauce into the meatballs, stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the prepared meatballs with herbs.
