This mouth-watering dish is served with cheese and potato puffs. French mustard is perfect - it will add subtleties to the taste.
It is necessary
- - 700 g of potatoes;
- - 200 g of cheddar cheese;
- - 500 g chicken sticks (breast fillet);
- - 30 g flour for baking;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mustard;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - salt and black pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes and cut into pieces. Grate the cheese and cut the chicken sticks into slices.
Step 2
Place a pot of salted water on a fire. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and make a lump-free puree. Add grated cheese and a tablespoon of mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Heat the stove to 240 degrees. Lightly oil 2 baking sheets. Place 12 tablespoons of mashed potatoes on baking trays at sufficient distance from each other. Set aside.
Step 4
Put the remaining mustard in a bowl, put the chicken there, mix well. Dip the chicken pieces in flour, one at a time.
Step 5
Put the puree in the oven and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet and stir-fry the meat in it for 10 minutes until golden brown. Place the chicken on 4 warm plates and serve with potato puffs.
