  • - 320 g of wheat flour;
  • - 200 g brown or regular sugar;
  • - 150 g odorless sunflower oil;
  • - 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon;
  • - 1 teaspoon of baking soda and baking powder;
  • - 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
  • For the cream:
  • - 300 g of curd cheese;
  • - 70 g of fine sugar or icing sugar.
  • For decoration:
  • - halves of walnuts.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse carrots thoroughly, peel and grate on a fine grater. Place eggs and granulated sugar in a deep bowl, beat the mass for 3 minutes at low speed using a mixer or blender with a whisk attachment.

Add sunflower oil and beat a little more. In a separate bowl, stir in sifted wheat flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Stir all of the bulk ingredients into the egg mass.

Add grated carrots and walnuts into the dough, mix. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Brush a round baking dish with vegetable oil. Pour the carrot dough into the prepared mold.
