Pork meatloaf has an amazing taste not only thanks to meat, but also pears, Adyghe cheese. Here are the foods that will help you prepare this delicacy:

- 500 g of pork tenderloin;

- 1 large pear or 2 medium sized;

- 2 branches of basil;

- 1 onion;

- 100 g of unsalted Adyghe cheese;

- a small bunch of dill;

- 1, 5 tbsp. vegetable oil:

- pepper and salt to taste.

Turn the meat into a layer. To do this, make a longitudinal cut in the middle, cut both halves to the left and to the right, not reaching the end of 1 cm. Open a piece of meat that will take on a rectangular shape. Cover it with cling film, beat with a culinary hammer until the thickness of the layer becomes 7 mm.

Peel the onion, chop finely. Divide the pear in half, cut out the middle, cut the pulp into strips. Finely chop the greens with a knife, grate the Adyghe cheese coarsely. Add salt, stir the filling. Put it on the meat, not reaching the edges by 1 cm. Roll tightly with a roll, tie it with white thread.

You can use twine to tie the roll.

Prepare a mixture of salt, pepper, and vegetable oil. Grease the roll on all sides, wrap in foil, transfer to a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, at this temperature the dish is baked for 80 minutes. After an hour, unfold and cut the foil on top, spread it on both sides so that the meat is browned for 20 minutes.

Before serving, remove the thread, cut the roll lengthwise into slices 3-4 cm wide.

You can make not one large, but several small portioned rolls. For this dish you will need:

- 500 g of pork;

- 2 eggs;

- 1 bell pepper;

- 1 small onion;

- 100 g of champignons;

- 50 g of mayonnaise;

- 25 g of mustard;

- salt, pepper, vegetable oil.

Cut the pork across into pieces, beat them off, salt and pepper on both sides. Combine mayonnaise with mustard, grease the front of the slices, leaving some sauce to cover the rolls.

Cut the boiled eggs into cubes. Chop the onion medium-sized, fry for 3 minutes in heated vegetable oil in a pan. Place the sliced mushrooms on the onion, fry for another 10 minutes. Peel the seeds, rinse, cut into small cubes, fry in another pan with butter for 7 minutes. Mix the filling, salt and pepper to taste.

If you wish, you can add chopped parsley or dill to the filling.

Put the minced mushrooms and vegetables on the surface of the meat slice, wrap it in a roll, chop off with one or two toothpicks so that the edge does not unfold. Place it in a baking dish. Thus, arrange all the rolls. Brush the top with the remaining mustard-mayonnaise sauce.

Place the container in the oven, which is preheated to 220 ° C, and let it bake for 50 minutes. After that, put the finished products on a dish, take out the toothpicks. Can be served with cheese sauce. If you want to reduce the calorie content of a dish, eat rolls with vegetable salad, and serve with tomato sauce.
