Recipe for making Raffaello from carrots with coconut flakes

You will need:

  • carrot;
  • sugar;
  • coconut flakes;
  • lemon juice;
  • almond nucleoli.

Raw carrots (600 grams) three on a fine grater. Add to it a glass (200 grams) of fine granulated sugar (you can take cane sugar) and the juice of half a lemon (or citric acid).

Put all the ingredients in a bowl or put them in a frying pan, then put them on the stove over low heat. While stirring, we wait for the liquid to evaporate.
