Lasagna is a popular Italian dish made from sheets of pasta dough (available at any supermarket) and some kind of filling. Bolognese is a meat sauce with tomatoes and other vegetables. The lasagne is baked in the oven until golden brown and served warm.

It is necessary

  • - 9 sheets of pasta lasagna dough;
  • - 300 g minced meat (beef);
  • - 3 medium-sized onions;
  • - 2 large tomatoes;
  • - 2 medium-sized carrots;
  • - 200 g of hard cheese;
  • - salt, freshly ground black pepper;
  • - odorless sunflower oil.
  • For the white sauce:
  • - 2 glasses of milk;
  • - 40 g of butter;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash onions and carrots, peel and chop finely. Heat a small amount of sunflower oil in a skillet, add chopped vegetables and fry a little. Add the ground beef and stir with a spatula.

Step 2

Make cruciform cuts on the tomatoes, then dip each tomato in boiling water for a few seconds. Then peel the vegetables off. Cut into small cubes. When the ground beef is slightly browned, add the tomatoes to the pan, stir and season to taste. Continue braising until the meat is done.

Step 3

Prepare white sauce in a separate container. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, add flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring all the time with a spatula. Heat the milk separately, add it to the flour and continue cooking the sauce until it boils. Stir continuously all the time. When the milk comes to a boil, reduce the heat slightly and cook the sauce while stirring for another 2 minutes. It should thicken. Remove the saucepan from the stove.

Step 4

Place the first layer of lasagna sheets in a high-sided, heat-resistant, rectangular dish. Place some of the milk sauce on top - it should completely cover the sheets. Then add the meat sauce. Repeat in the same order two more times. The topmost layer is lasagna sheets and leftover white sauce.

Step 5

Place the dish in an oven preheated to 160-180 ° C for 25 minutes. Remove the pan, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and cook for another 15 minutes until browning.
