Despite the fact that pollock is almost as good as cod in its taste, it is much less known, although it is economically more affordable. Like any other marine fish, it is a low-calorie food containing a high and easily digestible complete protein and a complex of vitamins and minerals.

Instructions
Step 1
Because pollock belongs to the cod family, it is an excellent source of protein. In addition, pollock is distinguished by a high content of selenium, vitamin B12, sodium and potassium in the required ratio.
Step 2
Before cooking, the saithe should be thawed in cold water beforehand. Peel, rinse and cut into portions.
Step 3
Combine the fish spice with salt, then rub each piece of fish with this mixture. Dip them in flour and fry in vegetable oil until a delicious golden crust is formed.
Step 4
While frying the fish, peel and boil the potatoes until half cooked. Grate the onions on a fine grater. Cut the leeks into rings. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce. Bring the milk to a boil, add all the onions, chopped herbs, mayonnaise and peas. Season with spices and salt. Bring the resulting mixture to a boil again.
Step 6
Take a baking dish with high sides, brush it with vegetable oil. Lay out the finished fish first, then a layer of potatoes. Pour in hot sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Step 7
Preheat the oven and set the dish for 30 minutes. Serve the cooked fish with a light side dish and vegetables.
