It is necessary

  • Ingredients:
  • - Dutch cheese - 100-120 g;
  • - white potatoes - 1 pc. medium size;
  • - green onions - 1 bunch;
  • - mayonnaise sauce - 4-5 tablespoons;
  • - medium-sized fresh cucumber;
  • - chicken egg - 2-3 pcs.;
  • - a can of canned trout, pollock or salmon in its own juice;
  • - avocado;
  • - sweet red paprika in powder - 1 teaspoon.

Step 1

Preparation of food

Boil the potatoes in their uniforms, pour over them with cold water and peel them. We rub on a coarse grater and put it in a separate container.

Boil hard boiled eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks. We rub the whites on a coarse grater, the yolks on a fine grater, put them in different containers.

We rub the cheese on a fine grater, pour it into a separate container. We chop the feathers of green onions, fold them separately.

Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes into a separate container, mix with chopped green onions.

We open the canned fish, drain the juice, put it in a separate container. Grind the fish with a fork. Combine with grated egg whites and mix.

Peel the avocado and rub it on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes.

Step 2

Laying out layers

Lubricate the salad bowl with vegetable oil or cover with cling film. We begin to lay out the layers of lettuce. Grease each layer with mayonnaise on top.

1 layer - grated potatoes;

2nd layer - grated cheese;

3rd layer - green onions with cucumber;

4th layer - egg yolk;

5th layer - fish with egg whites;

Layer 6 - grated avocado.

Shaping

When all the layers are laid, tamp the salad with a spoon or spatula, grease it with mayonnaise on top, wrap the film and cover with a plate on top. We put the prepared dish in the refrigerator - in 1 hour the salad will be ready for serving.

Before serving, turn the salad bowl or bowl of salad so that the salad is on a flat plate in the form of a "slide".

Remove the salad bowl, remove the film, sprinkle with paprika on top and decorate according to desire and imagination.
