- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 300 g butter;
- - 2 yolks;
- - 45 g of starch;
- - vanillin.
- For glaze:
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
- - 150 ml of milk;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 150 g cocoa.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough. Place butter, sugar, honey in a saucepan, melt in a water bath. Add eggs, stir and heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the water bath, let cool slightly. Sift flour, mix with cocoa, add baking soda and baking powder.
Step 2
Combine the ingredients, stir and refrigerate for 40 minutes. Divide the finished chilled dough into 8 parts, roll out the cakes and bake at 180 degrees.
Step 3
Preparing the cream. Add sugar to milk, bring to a boil. Stir the starch separately in cold milk, add two yolks. Pour this mass into boiling milk and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and cool. Beat the butter until white. Mix ingredients and beat until smooth.
Step 4
Put the cooled cakes on a dish, coat each cake with cream.
Step 5
Cooking the icing. Mix cocoa with sugar, add milk, butter and simmer until thickened. Pour the finished icing over the cake. Decorate as desired.
