The manti dish came to us from Central Asia. Manty resemble Russian dumplings, but the preparation method is significantly different. To prepare this delicious, nutritious and aromatic dish, you will need a mantool cooker. When cooking, you must adhere to the recipe and a certain amount of time.

- 2.5 cups wheat flour
- 1 glass of water
- 1 egg
- 0.5 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Place the meat and fat in the freezer for 30 minutes before cutting.
