Dessert balls with figs are a good snack for family tea on weekends. Figs are rich in potassium and are used to prevent hypertension, so adding it to dessert is good for the body. With such an appetizer, the usual tea drinking will become a "feast of the belly" for everyone.

- - 280-300 g granulated sugar
- - 5-10 g of salt
- - 5-7 g of soda
- - 600-750 g of rice flour
- - 150-200 g of sesame seeds
- - 150 ml of vegetable oil
- - 300-400 g of figs
- - 100-150 ml of cognac
Instructions
Step 1
Let's prepare the filling. Cut each fig berry into 4 parts. Stir the sugar in the cognac, add the figs and mix well. Cover with a lid and keep at room temperature for 20-25 minutes. Grind with a blender into a uniform consistency and put in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Mix sugar, salt and soda, add rice flour. Stir constantly, gradually pour 300 ml of hot water into the flour mixture. Stir until the dough is smooth, cover with a lid and cool to room temperature.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a sausage, cut it into circles 5 cm thick. We knead each piece with our hands into a flat cake with a diameter of 11 cm and a thickness of 0.6 cm.
Step 4
Put in each cake 2 tbsp. l. fillings. Turn the edges to the center, blind them, and then roll the filled dough into a ball. We also prepare all the balls.
Step 5
Add olive oil to a saucepan and heat it up. Pour some cold water into a cup. We moisten the balls in water and dip in sesame seeds. Put the balls in portions in a saucepan with butter and cook for 4-7 minutes each. We put it on a tray.
