Salmon and cheese salad is a great option for a snack or light dinner. It turns out to be tender, aromatic and satisfying.
It is necessary
- - fresh salmon 250 g;
- - cherry tomatoes 5-6 pcs.;
- - cilantro 3-4 branches;
- - lettuce leaves 200 g;
- - chicken egg 4 pcs.;
- - green beans 150 g;
- - Mozzarella cheese 200 g;
- - olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - juice of 1 lemon;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the salmon, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the fillets into small pieces. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry the fish in it for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Wash the beans, boil in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Then fold in a colander so that the water is completely drained.
Step 3
Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool, peel, cut into quarters. Wash the tomatoes, dry, cut in half. Wash lettuce leaves under running water, then pat dry with a paper towel. Divide the cheese into 2 parts, cut one part into cubes, and grate the other on a fine grater.
Step 4
Spread lettuce leaves on a dish, top with salmon slices, halves of cherry tomatoes, eggs. Salt and pepper, mix gently. Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice and olive oil.
