To make such a decoration, pour some water into a saucepan and place over medium heat. At this time, prepare a larger bowl and fill it with cold water. Take 4 lumps of sugar and toss it into a saucepan. Stir the mixture thoroughly and cook the caramel until it is amber in color. Remove the pot from heat and place it in a bowl of cold water. As soon as you see that the caramel has begun to thicken, dip a spoon in it and draw any openwork figure on the baking sheet, at least 10 cm in length.
