Soup is a dish that is present on our table every day. And, sometimes, you no longer know how to surprise and pamper your family. There are several simple and original recipes for soups, the preparation of which does not require a lot of time and large financial costs.
Cream cheese soup
You will need:
For 1, 5 - 2 liters of ready-made soup.
- Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Bow - 1 pc.
- Processed cheese - 1 can (100-150gr).
- Sunflower oil
- Salt pepper
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
We clean the vegetables, rub the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion, chop the potatoes into cubes. Fry the onion in hot oil until transparent, add the carrots, simmer for 4-6 minutes. Add the diced potatoes to the prepared vegetables and lightly fry. While vegetables are cooking, put a pot of water and bring it to a boil. We dilute the cheese in a little hot water. Put vegetables in boiling water and cook until tender. Pour water and cheese into a saucepan in a thin stream, add butter, stir, salt and pepper to taste. Add greens if desired.
Soup with champignons and melted cheese
You will need:
For 1, 5 - 2 liters of ready-made soup.

- Champignons - 300 gr.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Bow - 1 pc.
- Processed cheese - 1 can (100-150gr).
- Sunflower oil
- Flour 1/3 - 1/2 tsp
- Salt pepper
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into small cubes, fill them with 1.5 liters of cold water and cook until half cooked. Finely chop the onion and fry until transparent. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and add to the pan to the onion, sprinkle with flour and mix thoroughly. Dilute the cheese in a little hot water and carefully pour it into a saucepan to the potatoes, then add the mushrooms and onions. Stir the soup, bring to a boil, add salt and seasonings if necessary.
Quick Noodle Soup with Egg
You will need:
- Chicken broth 1-1, 5 l
- Vermicelli - spider web - 100 gr.
- Milk - 1 tbsp.
- Eggs 1-2 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Greens
- Sunflower oil
- Salt, spices
Fry the vermicelli for 2-3 minutes in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Cut the carrots into strips. Pour noodles and carrots into boiling broth (you can use water), cook for 5-7 minutes. At this time, beat the eggs with milk with a fork and pour them into a saucepan with a thin flock, mix. Add salt and seasonings to taste, boil for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs before serving.
Soup with smoked chicken and melted cheese
- Smoked chicken 250-300gr.
-Potatoes 2-3 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Processed cheese - 100 gr.
- Any greens
- Sunflower oil
Boil the smoked chicken and let it cool. Free the meat from bones and skin, cut into thin strips and place in boiling broth. Cut the potatoes into cubes, carrots into small strips and also send them to the pan. While the vegetables are boiling, finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil until golden brown, pour into a saucepan. Dissolve the melted cheese in a small amount and pour it into the soup in a thin stream, cook for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked. Add salt and pepper if necessary. Finely chopped greens, if desired, are added to a plate.
Soup with chicken and egg pancakes
- Chicken breast - 300 gr.
- Eggs - 2 - 3 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Salt and spices
- Vegetable oil
Cook the chicken breast broth, remove the meat, cut into small pieces (strips), pour back into the broth. Pour the diced potatoes into a saucepan. Rub the carrots on a fine grater, finely chop the onion, fry in sunflower oil until half cooked. Pour the overcooking into the broth and cook for 15-20 minutes. Beat eggs with salt and pepper and fry thin pancakes. They must be firm enough to cut into strips (like homemade noodles). Add egg straws to the soup, boil for 5 minutes, cover and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
