Classic tartar sauce recipe

To make a classic tartar sauce at home, you will need:

- 2 boiled yolks;

- 1 raw yolk;

- 120 ml of olive oil;

- 100 g green onions;

- 1 clove of garlic;

- 1 pickled cucumber;

- 1 tbsp. l. olives;

- juice of ½ lemon;

- ground pepper;

- salt.

Mash the boiled yolks and mix with the raw yolk. Add black pepper, salt and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Combine all components well and, stirring continuously, pour in olive oil in a thin stream. The consistency of the sauce being prepared should be similar to thick mayonnaise. Wash green onions, dry and chop finely. Peel a clove of garlic and pass through a press. Chop the pickled cucumber and upholstery with a knife. Then add all the prepared ingredients to the yolk mass and stir thoroughly. To make the sauce more tender and homogeneous, mix the ingredients with a blender.

Tartare is a versatile sauce that is served with meat, fish and vegetable dishes, as well as seafood, but you can make tartare especially for fish. For him you need to take:

- 2 boiled yolks;

- 1 raw yolk;

- 2/3 cup olive oil;

- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;

- 2 tbsp. l. capers;

- 1 tbsp. l. mustard;

- 2 tbsp. l. chopped pickled cucumbers;

- 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;

- 1 tsp dill greens;

- ground pepper;

- salt.

Grate boiled yolks, add raw yolk to them and mix well. Add mustard (preferably Dijon) and lemon juice (substituted with white wine vinegar if desired). Stir everything and, whisking the resulting mass with a whisk, pour in olive oil in a thin stream. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, add sour cream, chopped pickles, finely chopped dill and small capers. Mix all components well.

Homemade tartar sauce with mayonnaise

Making homemade tartare sauce is easy. For him you will need:

- ½ glass of mayonnaise;

- 1 pickled cucumber;

- 1 bunch of dill.

Grate the pickled cucumber on a fine grater. Wash the dill thoroughly, dry it and chop it with a knife. Combine cucumber with dill and mix well with mayonnaise.

Ham tartare sauce recipe

To make ham tartar sauce, you need to take the following products:

- 1 tbsp. l. grated horseradish;

- 1 tbsp. l. finely chopped ham;

- 1 tbsp. l. olives;

- 1 tbsp. l. grated cucumber;

- 1 tbsp. l. sour cream;

- 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;

- ground black pepper;

- salt.

Combine finely chopped ham, cucumber and olives with grated horseradish, add sour cream and mayonnaise. To obtain a sauce of a more delicate consistency, grind the whole mass in a blender until puree. Then add salt and ground pepper to taste. Mix everything well. Serve ham tartare sauce with aspic and cold dishes.
