This is an unusual recipe for strawberry muffins. The dough is prepared not only from flour, milk, butter and eggs - healthy oatmeal "hides" in delicious muffins. Due to this, the delicacy for tea becomes many times more nutritious.

- For twelve servings:
- - 1 1/4 cups flour;
- - 1 glass of milk, fresh strawberries, oatmeal;
- - 1/2 cup butter;
- - 1/2 cup sugar;
- - 1 egg;
- - baking powder, vanilla extract, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to the 200-degree mark. Take 12 muffin cups, grease them with oil or insert special corrugated cups in them - it will even turn out prettier.

Sift flour into a deep bowl along with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add oatmeal with sugar. Mix milk and softened butter separately, beat in an egg and add vanilla extract.
Step 3
Now start adding the flour mass to the egg-cream mixture little by little, stirring until smooth.
Step 4
Rinse the strawberries, remove the green tails, cut thinly, mix with the dough. Next, lay out the finished dough in tins, fill them only 2/3 of the volume - when cooking, the dough rises well.
Step 5
Bake the strawberry muffins at the specified temperature for 15-20 minutes, checking the doneness with a toothpick. Cool prepared muffins on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Serve baked goods with tea or milk. When cooled down, muffins are no less tasty.
