This recipe is very tasty and satisfying, this dish belongs to the national cuisine of the Czech Republic.

It is necessary

  • - 1.5 liters of meat broth;
  • - 300 g of pork;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 400 g of processed cheese;
  • - round white bread;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - spices and herbs to taste;

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat thoroughly, cut out excess fat, saturate excess moisture with a paper towel and chop into small cubes. Wash onions and carrots, peel and chop finely.

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onions and carrots, sauté until onions are golden brown. Add pork to vegetables in a frying pan, mix thoroughly and fry for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Place vegetables with meat in a saucepan, season with broth, boil and cook, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Put processed cheese, finely chopped into cubes, into the broth, continue stirring occasionally until the cheese dissolves.

Then season with salt and pepper to taste, leave to cook for another 15 minutes.

Step 6

Take round bread and cut off the top. Take out the crumb so that the walls are 2 cm thick.

Step 7

Rinse the greens thoroughly under running warm water, dry, then finely chop.

Step 8

Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the round bread on a baking sheet and dry for 5 minutes.

Step 9

Pour the soup into hot bread, add chopped herbs and serve immediately.
