- - non-fat cream 200 ml;

- - vegetable oil;

Step 1
Peel, wash, dry and chop the onion. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry chopped onions in it, then transfer them to a separate bowl.
Step 2
Wash the chicken, pat dry with a paper towel, then cut into small cubes. In the oil where the onions were fried, fry the chicken pieces until half cooked. Transfer the meat to a separate bowl.
Step 3
Peel the champignons, wash, dry, then cut into thin slices. Fry the mushrooms in a skillet with oil for 7 minutes. Then return the onion and chicken to the pan.
Step 4
Add flour to the pan, then pour in the warm cream. Stir continuously and simmer over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Then add butter, cover the pan with a lid. Let the chicken brew for 15-20 minutes.
