Pizza! It is loved by children and adults. They are eaten in Italy, the USA and Russia. Order in trendy restaurants and cafes around the house. You probably also have her favorite, proven recipe, and a standard, “tasty” set of ingredients. But what if, knowing some of the subtleties and peculiarities of preparing each ingredient, you can make pizza according to your favorite recipe even tastier without adding new products !?
Pizza is one of the dishes that is very often ordered in various catering establishments by people of completely different segments of the population and age. The range of products that can be chosen for pizza toppings is very wide, and in fact, there is no specific recipe for this dish with specific ingredients. "Margarita", "Capricciosa", "Neapolitan", "Four cheeses", etc. - all this is pizza, and each of its types has its own admirers. How to cook pizza with the simplest ingredients in it so that it will bring you and your loved ones real pleasure? It's all about the consistency of the ingredients!
- Sauce. It's hard to find pizza without sauce and it makes perfect sense. With sauce, any dish seems to us tastier, and in the case of pizza, which will be dry without it, no matter how you cook it, this is an indispensable component. Whatever you make it from, the main thing is to achieve the desired consistency. Too thick sauce will have to be added in large quantities to distribute it over the entire surface of the dough. This will lead to the fact that the taste of the sauce itself will overwhelm the taste of all other foods, and this was hardly your goal at the beginning of cooking. Liquid sauce, on the other hand, can deeply saturate the dough or even boil in your oven. Therefore, if you are making the sauce yourself, achieve the desired (medium) consistency according to the recipe. If you buy from the store, it is better to buy thicker than you need, and at home, dilute it slightly with water. This will not harm its taste, and it will not spoil the finished dish for you.
- Cheese. The most important ingredient in pizza, which is always put into it, and even when everything seems to be removed from the recipe for pizza toppings, cheese remains in it. This product is the next layer of pizza filling after the sauce. Yes, it is at the base of our dish that this important product should be located.
- Mushrooms. Not everyone puts this ingredient in pizza, but if you are among those who love this dish with mushrooms, now is the time to add them. The trick is that the mushrooms, being at the top of the filling, will fry, shrink, and this is unlikely to decorate the pizza of your dreams. And once they are where we defined them, they will prevent excess moisture from other ingredients from getting directly onto the dough.
- Tomatoes. Whether you add them to the pizza filling or not, it's up to you, but since you decided to add them, you need to put them in the middle layer. From above, they have nothing to do for the same reason as mushrooms, and from below, their juice will simply saturate the dough, and this is not their task. It is also important to choose ripe, but not too juicy fruits.
- Meat and meat-containing products. This is the top layer of pizza, which is designed to fill our dish with great aroma, complement its taste and give it a colorful look (if there were cheese on top, our dish would look like an unidentified set of products under cheese). It is important that all the meat ingredients must be put into the pizza ready-made, otherwise the meat, under the influence of the high temperature in the oven, will give juice and it spoils everything.
If you add any other ingredients to your pizza, be guided by the rule that everything is solid (excluding meat) down, everything is juicy in the middle, the main ingredient is up. Do not forget that the products you use must be fresh and of good quality. Stayed cheese and sausages without meat, no matter how you put it, will not add flavor to your pizza.
