It is necessary

    • Prunes and dried apricots
    • dark chocolate
    • cream 33%
    • butter
    • cocoa
    • coconut flakes
    • hazelnut
    • powdered milk
    • yolks.

Instructions

Step 1

Chocolate coated prunes and dried apricots.

Rinse 200 g dried fruit thoroughly under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Dried fruits must be pitted.

Pour 100 ml of 33% cream into a saucepan, bring to a boil. In the cream, melt 1 teaspoon of butter and 100 g of chopped dark chocolate.

Prick dried apricots and prunes onto a fork, dip in the melted chocolate-creamy mass and put on a dish. When all the dried fruits are in a chocolate shell, put the dish in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove the finished candies from the dish by cutting from the bottom with a knife. Fold in a nice box or wicker vase.

Step 2

Truffle.

Break 300g dark chocolate into pieces. Separate the whites from the yolks from two eggs.

Pour ½ cup of 33% cream into a saucepan and put on fire. When the cream starts to boil, add the chocolate pieces and 100 g butter. Stir the mass constantly with a spoon so that it becomes homogeneous and does not burn, until the chocolate and butter are completely dissolved. Turn off heat, add two yolks and stir again.

When the mass has cooled down a little, take it with a teaspoon and form candy with wet hands. Dip them in cocoa, place on a platter and refrigerate.

Step 3

Homemade "rafaello"

Put a saucepan on the fire, into which pour half a glass of water and 150 g of granulated sugar. Bring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add 125 g butter, stir until the butter is melted. Remove the saucepan from heat and leave to cool to body temperature.

Add 250 g of powdered milk and 100 g of coconut to a saucepan, stir the mixture thoroughly and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Stick the peeled hazelnuts with the resulting mass from the refrigerator, roll into balls and roll the candy in coconut or chocolate chips.
