Rafaello sweets are very tasty sweets, but they are very expensive. It is cheaper to cook them at home using a special recipe. Of course, they are slightly different from the original, but it still turns out delicious.
Many people are madly in love with these delicious Raffaello candies, but their price in stores is quite high, so not everyone can afford to buy these candies. This is precisely the reason that some housewives have adapted to make them at home. And these homemade Rafaelki are no different from those bought in the store.
First, understand the list of ingredients. To make homemade Rafaello sweets, you will need 250 gr of coconut. (200 gr. For the sweets themselves, and 50 gr. To sprinkle them), butter 150 gr. Then choose yourself, or 200 gr. heavy heavy cream, or 1 can of condensed milk, vanilla sugar, or cognac. Add these products as you wish. Almonds (1 cup) will be the base for your product. With this amount of ingredients, you will get about 60-80 pieces of excellent chocolates.
First of all, you need to grind the butter with a blender or ordinary fork. Pour cream or condensed milk into this mass (sometimes some housewives add a little honey, but this is not for everybody). Put all this in a saucepan in a steam bath or microwave for 30 seconds. Remember that if you are steaming, then this mass must be stirred all the time until the oil is completely dissolved. If you are cooking in a microwave oven, then mix everything well beforehand until smooth. Add vanilla sugar or cognac and 70% coconut. Put the resulting mixture in the refrigerator until it solidifies. The mass should thicken well and be dense and homogeneous. Previously, at the very beginning of cooking, soak the almonds in water for an hour and remove the skin from it. Then fry the almonds a little in a dry skillet. From the frozen mass, start sculpting candies, for this, just roll small balls, inside which put one almond at a time, and roll a little more so that there are no holes in the candy. Then roll the resulting balls in coconut flakes. Your candies are ready. They can be served on the table.
Bon Appetit!
