Poultry meat is considered dietary: it contains less cholesterol, fewer calories, and is easier to digest than meat from domestic animals. Chicken also goes well with most foods, so there are many ways to make a light, chicken-based diet meal.

- 450 g chicken breasts (boiled or baked),

- 5 tbsp. tablespoons of unsweetened yogurt,
- 170 g pineapple juice
- 1 small onion
- 1 carrot,
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of curry,
- salt
- ginger
- lettuce.
- Steamed chicken cutlets
- 100 g chicken breast
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of instant oatmeal,
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of skim milk
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- fresh herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Boiled chicken Wash the chicken, put in a saucepan, cover with cold water and cook over low heat until tender. Place 1 medium or 2 small cloves of garlic, crushed in a press or with the wide side of a knife, in low-fat yogurt. Divide the boiled chicken into portions, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with parsley and dill.
Step 2
Chicken Vegetable Stew Peel the skin of the chicken breasts and cut into large cubes. Chop the cabbage coarsely, divide the broccoli into inflorescences, cut the pepper into strips.
Step 3
Place the chicken in a deep, refractory saucepan, season with salt, add vegetables and cover with water so that it covers the contents of the saucepan. Bring to a boil, season with salt, reduce heat, and simmer until tender, about 40 minutes.
Step 4
Curry Salad Pour most of the pineapple juice over the chicken breasts and bake in the oven over high heat for no more than 1 minute. Turn meat over and return to oven for 1 minute. Remove the meat from the oven and let cool for 4-5 minutes.

Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave to steam. Chop the meat into small pieces in a salad bowl, add chopped carrots and onions. Add prepared raisins and refrigerate.

Combine the yogurt and remaining pineapple juice with the curry and let the mixture sit for 2 hours. Spread the salad over the lettuce leaves and drizzle over the sauce.

Steamed chicken cutlets Top with oatmeal and garlic. You can roll the minced meat twice to make the mass as homogeneous as possible.
Step 8
Add swollen oatmeal, warmed milk, olive oil, finely chopped fresh herbs to the minced meat, salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well, mold the patties and cook in a double boiler for 20-25 minutes.
