For her daughter's birthday I prepared the Chicken Cupcakes dish. Everyone was just delighted and literally overwhelmed with compliments! An unusual and original dish for the festive table. I want you to try cooking this dish at home, so I am sharing the recipe.
It is necessary

- - potatoes - 4 pcs.,
- - milk - 150 ml.,
- - egg - 5 pcs.,
- - cheese - 80 g,
- - a little greenery,
- - salt to taste,
- - vegetable oil.

Step 1
Boil the chicken fig, cool and cut into thin slices.

Boil the potatoes, mash in mashed potatoes, drain the water and add warm milk. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Wash greens, dry on a napkin and chop finely.

Put slices of chicken fillet with a small overlap in molds greased with vegetable oil. Cover the entire mold in this way, put 2 tbsp in the middle. l. mashed potatoes, squeeze a little with a spoon.

Then break a raw egg into a puree (do not stir!). Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs on top.

Put in the oven to bake at 130 degrees. Bake until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
