Not many people know that whipped sour cream is as delicious as whipped cream. It can also be used to decorate cakes or make a delicate dessert with fresh fruit.

Instructions
Step 1
In order for the sour cream to whisk better, it must be drained. To do this, put several layers of gauze (at least 3-4) in a colander and pour sour cream into it. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. If the sour cream was runny, leave it to strain overnight.
Step 2
Take half a glass of warm boiled water and soak the gelatin in it.
Step 3
Put the strained sour cream in a bowl and begin to beat with a mixer at medium speed, gradually adding granulated sugar or powder, and then vanillin. Continuing to stir, pour the gelatin into the sour cream. The volume of whipped sour cream should approximately double.
Step 4
Put the cream to cool for half an hour in the refrigerator and serve, garnish with berries and pieces of fruit.
