Mushrooms and potatoes are the perfect combination for making a hearty tea pie. For this cake, you need to make homemade yeast dough.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of potatoes;
- - 300 g of mushrooms;
- - 300 g flour;
- - 150 g each onion, hard cheese;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 25 g of vegetable oil, fresh yeast;
- - 1 glass of milk;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - salt, sour cream, herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, a part of sifted flour, mix, knead the liquid dough. Cover the prepared dough with a tea towel, leave in a warm place for 90 minutes. Then in a bowl, combine the chicken eggs, salt, sugar, stir. Add the egg mass, the remaining flour to the dough, mix. Melt the butter, cool, send to the dough, stir, then add vegetable oil. Cover the finished dough with a towel, wait 2 hours. Then roll it out thinly.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Peel the onion, rinse, cut into half rings. Rinse the mushrooms, cut into slices. Peel potatoes, rinse, cut into thin circles. Grate hard cheese. Rinse the greens, chop them.
Step 3
Put the dough in a mold coated with vegetable oil. Lubricate with sour cream, put mushrooms, salt and pepper. Then spread the onion and potatoes evenly, salt and pepper again. Grease a layer of potatoes generously with sour cream, sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4
Bake the mushroom and potato pie for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the finished pie from the oven, cool completely, put on a dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
