Soup with fried cabbage turns out to be very tasty and aromatic. This dish is prepared in a slightly unusual way. All ingredients are first fried and stewed, and then sent to the broth and boiled. The result is a rich and vegetable-rich soup.
It is necessary
- • 2 liters of water;
- • 250 g of cabbage;
- • large onion;
- • 1 carrot;
- • Bulgarian sweet pepper;
- • 600 g minced meat (pork and beef);
- • 4-5 potato tubers;
- • olive oil;
- • 200 ml of tomato juice.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to peel and wash the onion. Then cut it into small cubes. Next, you need to cook a frying pan and pour oil there. Put it on the fire and put the onion there. Fry it until golden brown.

Then pour the ground beef to the onion and mix. It is necessary to reduce the heat a little and simmer over low heat for about 8-10 minutes, stirring the minced meat. When the minced meat is cooked, it must be set aside.

Now you need to take white cabbage and wash it. Chop finely thinly. Next, you will need to take tomato juice or sauce.
Step 4
In a clean frying pan with the addition of oil, you will need to fry the chopped cabbage. This will take about 5 minutes. It is necessary to fry over low heat. Add tomato juice to a frying pan with cabbage. Stir everything and continue simmering for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Then you need to cut the bell pepper into small strips, and chop the carrots on a grater with a large cell. Potatoes are usually cut into medium cubes so that they fit on a spoon.
Step 6
Put chopped potatoes, grated carrots, bell peppers and ground beef in a saucepan prepared for the soup. Fried cabbage is also sent there.
Step 7
Place the saucepan on the stove and bring the soup to a boil. Boil until the potatoes are completely soft. At the end, the soup can be seasoned with salt and spices to taste. The soup is ready.
