Fluffy buns with delicious preserves or jams are very easy to prepare. They are perfect with warm milk or aromatic coffee.
It is necessary
- - 500 gr. flour;
- - 100 gr. flour for cakes;
- - a bag of dry yeast;
- - 50 gr. Sahara;
- - half a teaspoon of salt;
- - 480 ml of milk at room temperature;
- - 2 eggs and 1 yolk;
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- - 100 ml of vegetable oil.
- Additional ingredients:
- - 250 ml of any thick jam;
- - 60 ml of milk and a spoonful of sugar for greasing the finished baked goods;
- - a spoonful of powdered sugar for decoration;
- - some vegetable oil for the mold and for greasing the buns before baking.
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the dough, and then add milk, eggs, vanilla and vegetable oil.
Step 2
Knead the dough - it should be elastic. Grease the metal bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil and transfer the dough into it. We close the bowl and remove the dough for 1 hour in the heat, so that its volume doubles.
Step 3
Roll out the dough on the work surface to about 35 x 42 cm.
Step 4
Cut the dough into 7 by 7 cm squares.
Step 5
We make a small depression in the center of the squares, spread the jam.
Step 6
We wrap the buns so that the jam does not have the slightest chance of "escape".
Step 7
Lubricate the sides of the buns with vegetable oil so that they do not stick to each other. We spread the buns in one large or in two medium forms with the seams down.
Step 8
We bake in the oven (175C) for 30-35 minutes.
Step 9
Cover the hot buns with a mixture of milk and sugar, and sprinkle with powdered sugar for beauty.
