Step 1
Knead the yeast dough. We take a deep bowl, sift the flour there. Then add salt, sugar, yeast. Pour melted margarine, add warm milk. Knead the dough well and put it in a warm place so that it doubles in volume.
Step 2
When the dough has come up, we begin to shape the buns. We pinch off a piece of dough, roll a ball out of it and flatten it between our palms into a cake. Put the jam in the middle of this cake with a spoon. We pinch the bun, making it round. Please note that the jam should not be liquid, otherwise it will drain onto the baking sheet. If the jam is still watery, add a little starch to the filling.
Step 3
We put all the resulting buns on a baking sheet, which is pre-greased with vegetable oil, and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes for the dough to rise.
Step 4
Put a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. To prevent the buns from getting dry, you can put an iron bowl of water on the bottom of the oven. When heated, water will evaporate, creating sufficient moisture.
Step 5
After 20 minutes of baking, the buns must be greased with egg yolk. This will give them a beautiful golden color. To do this, stir the yolk in a mug and apply it to our baked goods with a silicone brush.
Step 6
After that, we bake for another 10 minutes.
