- cherry liqueur - 50 grams
- gelatin - 10 grams
- egg yolks - 2 pieces
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- sugar, coconut - 4 tablespoons each

First, soak the gelatin in water.

Pour coconut flakes into warm milk, cook over low heat for about fifteen minutes, then strain.
Step 3
Mash egg yolks with vanilla sugar and plain sugar, add to milk, cook in a water bath for five minutes. Then remove the container from the stove, add gelatin, mix well, cool.
Step 4
Add whipped cream, liqueur to the fragrant mixture, mix everything again, put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours - the coconut cream should cool.
