Instructions
Step 1
First, rinse the meat well under running water. Cut it into small cubes. Next, put it in a saucepan, fill it with water and place it on the stove. Meanwhile, while the meat is being cooked, cut the sausages (or sausage, smoked meats) in the same way.
Step 2
When the meat is almost done, toss in the chopped sausage. Literally 10 minutes after the meat and sausage are cooked, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and stop boiling.
Step 3
Next, take the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Dice the onion. Place a frying pan on a preheated stove and pour vegetable oil into it. Put onions, carrots and set to fry.
Step 4
While the onions and carrots are cooking, take pickles and grate them on a coarse grater. When the carrots and onions have acquired a golden color, then add grated cucumbers to them. They should cook for no more than three minutes, only until they are tender. After the cucumbers have softened, add a tablespoon of tomato paste to them and fry for 1 minute.
Step 5
Put the overcooked ingredients in a saucepan with the meat and cook for another 7 minutes. Add ground pepper, salt to taste and bay leaf. Before serving, cut the lemon and olives into thin half rings and decorate the dish beautifully.
