In a plate, mix the chopped fillets, onions and grated carrots. Then add mayonnaise, eggs and starch to the same container. Don't forget about spices like salt and pepper. Now you need to heat the pan and pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into it. It is most convenient to spread the mixture into the pan with a tablespoon. In this case, the fire should be reduced. Chicken pancakes are baked very quickly, about 5 minutes. It is better to be guided by the degree of frying, as soon as one side is fried until golden brown, the pancakes must be turned over. Add vegetable oil if necessary.
