White plates

If a girl plans to go on a diet, then it is better to remove the white dishes for a while, since on white plates almost all food looks contrasting and causes an appetite. If there are no plates of other colors, then on white, freely available, it is better to keep fruits or vegetables - snacking on them, even in large quantities, is unlikely to harm the figure. Yellow plates

Plates in pink and orange shades
Cookware of warm tones stimulates the production of gastric secretions, thereby provoking uncontrolled absorption of food. Plates of these colors are best left for any special occasions.
Deep red plates
Such dishes excite the nervous system, forcing a person to eat quickly, chewing food poorly. Such dishes are not recommended for frequent use, even for those who do not follow a diet and do not adhere to the principles of healthy eating, because fast food consumption will lead not only to problems with the figure, but also to diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
Dark Plates
Dishes of black, blue, purple or lilac colors look stylish and original, but the food in such a plate does not look very attractive, so dark plates are ideal for losing weight.
Of course, each person is individual by nature, but one rule is always the same: eat from small plates, chewing food thoroughly.
