Tart is a classic dessert from France. There are many options for its preparation. Banana tart with yoghurt cream is a successful combination of a base of tender curd dough, light yoghurt cream and fried bananas. It turns out a very tasty dessert.

- Ingredients for the dough:
- - 1 glass of cornmeal;
- - 100 g of cottage cheese;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - 1 pinch of salt.
- Ingredients for the cream:
- - 2 bananas;
- - 400 ml of yogurt;
- - 20 g butter;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon of corn flour.

Step 1
Stir cottage cheese with sugar, salt, add butter. Add cornmeal, knead the dough and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Now put the dough on cling film, cover with a piece of film, roll it out, put it in the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees - no more is required for making tart.
Step 4
Cut the banana in two, cut each across. Fry the banana slices with sugar in butter, then transfer to a plate, let them cool.
Step 5
Use a blender to beat eggs, yogurt, and cornmeal for cream. Pour in the caramel left over from the frying of the bananas, mix.
Step 6
Put the dough in a mold, arrange sides with a height of 3 mm, put fried bananas on top, fill with yoghurt cream.
Step 7
Place the dish in the oven, cook for about 1 hour. When the cream begins to darken, the temperature in the oven must be lowered to 120 degrees.
