Instructions

Step 1

Cooking the dough. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and add 100 g butter and salt to the water. Next, add flour and stir with a wooden spoon until the dough stops sticking to the sides of the pan. Then add 3 chicken eggs to the dough and mix thoroughly. You should have a thick consistency and the dough should not drip from the spoon.

Step 2

Place the parchment on a baking sheet and start spreading out the dough. 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dough is 1 cake. Cakes should be made at long intervals. Place the dough in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake the cakes until golden brown.

Step 3

Cooking the filling. Take 2 pans. Boil milk and sugar in one. In another, you need to grind flour and eggs. Then pour the carefully obtained milk into a saucepan with flour, while stirring constantly. Place the saucepan over low heat and bring until thickened. You cannot boil the cream. Next, remove the pan from heat, add butter and vanilla sugar and stir. The cream should be refrigerated immediately and stored in the refrigerator.

Step 4

Gently add the prepared cream to the cooled cakes using a pastry syringe. For decoration, cakes can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or covered with melted chocolate.
