Roll out the dough. Cut it into long triangles.

Where the base of the triangle is, make an incision about 2 cm.

Gently begin to roll the dough in a tube from the base of the triangle, shape into a crescent. It's easy to do this with a cut. Put the filling there first.
Step 4
Continue twisting.
Step 5
Tuck the tip to prevent the croissant from unrolling on the baking sheet when baking. Brush it with beaten egg or butter.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes at 180-200 C.
