Ingredients:

  • 200 g fat-free soft cottage cheese;
  • 100 g of small oatmeal;
  • 1 tsp honey or stevia syrup;
  • 4 egg whites;
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder;
  • a handful of light pitted raisins.

Rinse the raisins, pour boiling water over for 15 minutes. When it swells, take it out of the water and dry it on a towel. Grind cottage cheese with honey or stevia syrup. To make the mass homogeneous, it is better to use a mixer.
