Replacing sugar with honey or stevia will reduce calories without sacrificing taste.
Ingredients:
- 200 g fat-free soft cottage cheese;
- 100 g of small oatmeal;
- 1 tsp honey or stevia syrup;
- 4 egg whites;
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder;
- a handful of light pitted raisins.
Rinse the raisins, pour boiling water over for 15 minutes. When it swells, take it out of the water and dry it on a towel. Grind cottage cheese with honey or stevia syrup. To make the mass homogeneous, it is better to use a mixer.
