Can't lose weight while doing fitness for hours? Think about your nutrition, because the best diet is the right diet. It's never too late to start eating right, because we are what we eat. Take care of your health and feel the results from the first days of a healthy diet.

Leafing through the next magazine, stumble upon the heading "Diet", but not one has yet led to the promised results? I want to share with you the secrets of proper weight loss, and, most importantly, effective, which will not only make you feel attractive, but also healthy!

The first rule: do not expect quick results, the more kg you lose in a week, the more stress your body expects. Losing 3-4 kg per month (and not as promised by the holy spirit diets of 5 kg per week) is what is considered a healthy norm.

Remember the saying: "Eat breakfast yourself, share lunch with a friend, and give dinner to the enemy"? So, you can listen to it only partially, because you should have at least 5 meals a day: a full breakfast, a light second breakfast, lunch, first dinner, and a hearty dinner. In between, you can have a snack with soluble foods, which you will read about below.

Before each meal, drink a glass of water 30 minutes before meals for several reasons:

  • To distinguish the feeling of thirst from hunger (yes, yes, we do not always want to eat, perhaps the body asks for fluids).
  • Prepare the stomach for work and set a new pace for the body's work.
  • In the morning, it is recommended to add a couple of drops of lemon juice to the water, you can quickly wake up.
  • This regular procedure will speed up your weight loss process!

In no case should you skip breakfast, be sure to stock up on protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and essential trace elements. I want to warn you right away that the "English" type breakfast will not work here. Fried, fatty will "press" on the stomach. The best way to start the day is with water-boiled oatmeal, mixed with fruits and nuts, a light sandwich with whole grain bread and cheese (cottage cheese, ricotta).

Chocolate only up to 12! This could be your snack between first and second breakfast, for example.

For lunch, it is advisable to eat fruit, cottage cheese or an egg.

Lunch must necessarily consist of the right combination of products. No meat with potatoes, forget about such a tandem forever, fish and potatoes are allowed, meat - no! Make vegetable salad, boiled or baked fish (chicken breast), and rice. No dessert and food washing down!

We eat fruits strictly until 17:00, because they also contain sugar, and for ladies on a diet, it will not come in handy at all.

We will have dinner on the principle “Give carbohydrates and fats to your enemies” from 5 pm to 6 pm. Include seafood, white chicken meat, eggs, cottage cheese, vegetables, mushrooms in the evening diet. Combine!

Not eating after 18 is a myth! This is nonsense that can bring your health to a critical state. 3-4 hours before bedtime, drink a glass of kefir or eat cottage cheese, dairy products will prepare your body for rest as best as possible (on a note: after 10 pm the stomach does not work, it rests, which means that you cannot shove “one last small a piece , in other words, in simple words, fat will build up).

Finally, I would like to remind you: do not forget about physical activity, because a diet based on a healthy diet is only one step towards the desired forms.
