The main feature of this bean soup is the way it is served. Instead of bread, potato chips are offered. Light vegetable broth soup can be consumed even by fasting people.

- - 2 heads of onions
- - 150 g corn grits
- - 750 g vegetable broth
- - 3 small tomatoes
- - 800 g canned beans
- - olive oil
- - tomato paste
- - parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the corn grits in salted water. Put the resulting mass in a baking dish and mix with chopped parsley.
Step 2
Cut the onions into small cubes. Chop the tomatoes. Lightly fry all the ingredients in olive oil, adding a few teaspoons of tomato paste.
Step 3
Bring the vegetable stock to a boil. Add the tomato mixture, canned beans, black pepper and salt to taste.
Step 4
Spread the corn grits in a thin layer over the bottom of the dish and bake in the oven until crispy. Cut out small squares from the resulting cake. The corn chips should come out thin and fairly firm.
Step 5
Garnish with parsley sprigs and brightly colored chips when serving. You can fill the dish with sour cream.
