Instructions

Step 1

Eggs must be washed and hard-boiled, cooled, peeled and finely grated along with the yolks.

Step 2

The vertebrae should be removed from canned saury. Mash the fish fillet with a fork. To prevent the paste from being dry, add a little oil from the jar in which the fish was located. But do not overuse them, so that the pate does not come out too liquid.

Step 3

Combine fish with eggs, add some black pepper for flavor and season all ingredients with mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly and look at the consistency of the pate. If it seems too thick, add a little more of the same oil from the jar and mix again thoroughly.
