It is necessary

  • saury - 1 can (any fish in oil will do: sardine, sardinella, etc.)
  • instant noodles - 2 packs
  • egg - 4 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 1 pack 250 ml
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • soda - 0.5 tsp
  • flour - 350 g
  • sunflower oil - 1-2 tablespoons
  • From the dishes you will need: a bowl - 2 pcs., A fork, a spoon, a baking dish

Instructions

Step 1

We open the saury and use a fork to knead the entire contents of the jar without draining the oil. The mass should be homogeneous. Finely chop the instant noodles, you should get pieces of 0.5-1 cm. Pour the noodles and seasoning from one pack into the fish, mix thoroughly. We leave for 20-30 minutes.

Step 2

While the filling is soaked, we direct the dough. To do this, drive the eggs into a bowl and beat thoroughly with a fork. Add salt and soda, quenched with boiling water, mix. Add mayonnaise to the resulting mass (you can mix 1: 1 kefir with mayonnaise, the pie will turn out to be more fluffy). Next, add flour in small portions, stirring vigorously. The consistency of the dough should be like sour cream, that is, it should be easy to pour out of the bowl.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the pan or form with sunflower oil. Pour half of the dough into a mold, level with wet hands. We spread the filling, not reaching the edges of the dough, 1, 5-2 cm. Pour out the second half of the dough, level it in the same way. We put the form in the oven. The cake is baked for 25-30 minutes. You can check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick by piercing the dough in several places. If the toothpick is dry, the pie is ready.
