Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the salmon well under running water. Dry a little. Cut into small pieces and place in a deep bowl. For this dish, you need to choose the whole fish - along with the head and tail.
Step 2
Cut the onion and lemon into rings. Chop the apple and orange slices into cubes. Chop the garlic finely. Mix everything with fish. Salt, add spices.

You can use black pepper, curry, cumin, turmeric, or a ready-made seasoning mix for fish. Drizzle with wine vinegar and top with wine. Refrigerate the salmon overnight.

It is best to marinate salmon in homemade berry wine. Under it, the dish turns out more aromatic, and the taste is more piquant.

Remove the fish from the sauce and drain the liquid into a separate bowl. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and fruit in it. When the onion is soft, remove from heat and cool slightly.

Brush a baking sheet with sunflower oil. Place the fried onions on top of it. Place the fish on top.

Cut the potatoes into strips and sprinkle around the fish. Pour everything with the remaining wine liquid from the sauce. Place the dish in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Gently transfer the salmon to the platter so that it is a whole fish. Place potatoes and onions around it. Top with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.

Serve hot. In addition to the dish, you can prepare a salad with fresh vegetables. Cut the cucumbers into strips, tomatoes into small slices, finely chop the greens. Season with salt, mix well and season with olive oil.
